  1. How is the utility infrastructure holding up? I've heard some rumblings about water availability/suitability due to sharp increases.
  2. Yep, understand that. My wife is an architect and planner... Initially trained at NDSU. She just shakes her head every time we pass though the area. Was in DFW recently...agree.
  3. Same in MSP. Vacancy is at 2-3 percent in Uptown area. Great for our rental props, but also encouraging the big developers toward building more. At least the proposed designs appear interesting, and not just wood boxes. We just went through a condo glut... Apartment glut soon to come? Wish we would have held onto Williston props.
  4. Wouldn't know Dan... I haven't been out that way in over two decades. However, we just passed through Fargo this week on our way to western ND. Sorry for offending your homestead, but there is really nothing appealing to see there. Eye sore housing developments and lazy architecture. Just my opinion though.
  5. They must be living in those eye-catchy box apartment buildings and side-by-side townhomes littering the I-94 corridor. That's some good living.
  6. Pretty sure the majority of BSC schools would like to see Sac o' Shiite State out of the Conference.
  7. Gotta laugh every time I read supposed leaders using the "I dont recall" excuse. Means they're lying in my profession.
  8. Thought you would be too busy threatening Time Magazine reporters or politicians to blog on a Sioux fan board?
  9. I'm troubled that the Athletic Department is hunting down Fighting Sioux-related websites/social network sites, such as Facebook, and threatening trade mark infringement. Shows the true intent of this administration; lack of departmental oversight.
  10. Kelley was also pleased to announce that concession stands would immediately phase out "siouxper dogs" and that the popular item would be replaced with the administration approved "Soylent Green."
  11. Earned a Silver medal with Team Canada East at the 2011 World Junior A Challenge. Has 9 point in 6 games with Stouffville.
  12. Blood? He almost handed both games to CC late in the 3rd. The inability to move the puck out of the zone at critical times continues to be a problem for this team.
  13. You're assuming some in this discussion are actually "grown men." Mental maturity is certainly questionable.
  14. New York Times Oil Rigs Bring Camps of Men to the Prairie
  15. No fire in this team... losing the tough battles, constantly pressured into bad passes. In previous years, lazy play got you benched. There is no depth this year for that.
  16. This team is perhaps the least capable of any Sioux team in 20 or so years. Just painful to watch.
  17. Simple. Market value...supply and demand.
  18. Not sure I'd want my kid lacing them up at PSU... gotta think this is going to hurt their recruiting.
  19. Forbort with a great shift... a give away and then a goal...for St. Cloud.
  20. If you file a fraudulent claim, even for 10 bucks, in my profession you lose your job, pension, insurance, security clearance, and will never work in the field again. Trustworthiness and integrity. I can't imagine why this employee is allowed to stay on board. It must be causing significant negative work place issues with coworkers and supervisors.
  21. May not be a NCAA violation, but it's definitely a state and, depending where the funds came from, federal offense.
  22. those thousands (?) of dollars are critical?
