We were way better at getting pressure that year than this year. I don’t care how good a DB is, when the QB has as much time as opposing QBs have had this year anyone will struggle.

Harris didn’t have a true freshman at safety and a sophomore at the other safety. He also likely had a front that could get pressure on a QB. Trying to judge anyone in our secondary is crazy. Do you have any eligibility left?

That’s the frustrating thing is 75% of the time they are in ok position. Lack confidence of turning and looking for the ball or they need one more piece hand contact. 3rd down rate is struggling defensively because defense calls the old “9” route and throws it up.

D line play has been frustrating this season. Better vs the run yesterday but non existent vs the pass. SUU QB had all day yesterday.

The guys playing are physically not ready I play. There are times they are in the right spots but should be a year or two away from playing this many minutes.
