I love ndsu recruiting logic. Always brings a smile to my face. I hope you don't think the OL from Kindred was one of the top players in the state. He's good, but not even the best OL in North Dakota.

Thanksgiving weekend is a tough weekend on attendance. Teams don't draw well the way it is, factor the fact that we had beat Winona by 40 the 3 games we played them previously along with the game being televised and its tough to sell tickets. The 2nd and 3rd rounds will be better and I'd imagine the fargodome will be sold out, or very close, for those games.

Staying healthy definately factors into not only the regular season but definately the playoffs. This year we had an offense that was pretty banged up all year and lost our second best defensive linemen with a handfull of games left. For us it may have been a blessing as it gave 3 other o-linemen and a few WRs some valuable playing time to build some depth for next year.

Illinois St beat 2 FCS teams with a winning record, USD who was 3-5 vs. FBS or FCS and Indiana St. who finished 6-5. They lost to Eastern Illinois. I don't think them being left out was a suprise after they lost to UNI at home.

NDSU wasn't playing real well last year heading into the playoffs either and strung some games together. The physical ground game played in the midwest is tough for some teams to match up with. Along with earning home field and ndsu will be tough to beat.

You guys are both correct and I apologize. I forgot about Casey. Both are taller WRs who will fit in nicely with what we have returning. I couldn't help but be very impressed with Irey over the last couple games. He started slow but really showed why he had high expectations coming into the year. Kid is a good player. I also really liked the 3-4 WR sets and hurry up we ran in the 4th quarter and wouldn't mind seeing that as our offense next year. We could run 3 WR with Wistoff as a wingback and motion him into the backfield to change formation. Could still run out of that formation or motion our quicker backs out of the backfield and throw those 5-10 yard routes we chewed up USD with in the 4th. Our offense looked comfortable running that set.

I believe there were 15-20. Not sure who but they saw a good game. Hopefully Woods from Bemidji was in attendance and saw an offense that throws the ball and see's he would be a great fit. He'd be a nice player to have with Molberg for four years. I had a chance to watch their semi-final game on TV and that kid is impressive. He'd fit in nicely with the young, athletic WR corps we have.

I see Jameer Jackson fitting in nicely with the WRs. He's a bigger more physical player that almost had his redshirt pulled this year. I'm also interested to see how the redshirt OLine and the DBs contribute. Our o-line will be very good next year but from what I've been told we had one of our better recruiting classes in a long time there. Also, some very athletic kids redshirted in the secondary, a few of them almost getting thier shirts pulled. Hoping for a good winter workout and spring ball for some of these kids cause that was a question mark this year and will be a very large one next season.

The seniors leave knowing they played for the best volleyball team in the Dakotas. Congrats ladies.

Congrats to the seniors and thank you. You injected some much needed excitement into the fanbase and gave the program some momentum heading into the offseason. Thank you again.

Congrats ladies. Great season

Last year it was kids were getting stars cause they were in California. Now its they are getting stars cause they are in the midwest?

Huff will have plenty of games where he gets his. This was one game. Hard to say what he was tweeting about but if it was about the game, he learns the team concept.

I'd rather have the drive by variety than the ones that stick around with different user names.

Welll said Dan. Lots of high school seasons are over and this will be a good weekend to get potential recruits to the Al. Lets create an atmosphere and send these seniors out in style. These are the kids that came to UND knowing they would never have an opportunity for the playoffs. They deserve it.

Just a classy post. Keep trolling.

The team has everything to play for next weekend. We need to get out and support them better than the last few home games. Great game today by the defense and some key plays by a pretty banged up offense. Had a few guys step up today and make some plays when they had too.

TD Sioux!!!!!! Goska to Townsend. Nice opening drive.
-
And we're underway. Sioux on offense to start

Its amazing how long Hardin played on his leg. He was limping right after halftime. Gutty preformance.

Is it a habbit for ndsu coaches or media to write stories on players committing when they haven't? According to Dom Izzo this kid didn't commit last week. First Molberg, now this kid, might want to follow up before you come here posting this stuff. Thanks for taking the time to post about a kid who didn't commit to ndsu on the UND recruiting thread.

So this is a bison post begging for attention? Bottom line is if us UND fans had the class to go to Bville and write the same posts we would get ran off the board and rightfully so. Instead you have posters who come to this board with their Bville names and made up names and try to run everything UND does into the ground and comment on all the happenings at UND. Thats actually a good laugh for us all.

I'd agree with this. Along with one or two, big physical strong side OLB's. In the Ryan Goven mode. This would improve our run defense even more. I'm interested to see how our safey we signed from Cali. is. I always have to remind myself we have some players redshirting who will hlep this team next year at WR, LB, more talented O-linemen and there seems to be some talented secondary players (Butler, Fifita, and 3 pretty athletic corners). They will get serious looks come spring ball. Secondary will be wide open next year for playing time.
