With the latest news, Friday's game will be even more interesting. Uff da.

I've been told more than once, if you can't say anything positive, don't say anything at all, so........I have nothing to say.

I think I've said this before, but.........I get the same feeling watching this team play (especially on a Saturday) that I do when I watch the Vikings. No....I guess that's a bit harsh.

I got a really cool Sioux rug......and I got really sick of no Sioux hockey for 3 weeks!

On the behalf of many Sioux fans, I at least want to thank Mr. Okposo for giving us something to talk about in what has been a rather boring 2 weeks since the Saturday Sioux/Gopher game,

That is the mystery to me, too. I kept expecting the Sioux to be "balls to the walls" each game, and it never happened till the last half of each third period.

P.S. That WAS against the Gophers!

Watch the last period of the 98' (I believe) Sunday afternnon game, when the Sioux came back from a 3-0 deficit to score 5 goals to win. Even seeing it on TV instead of live gave one chills.

Going after pheasants at Mott that weekend, but I'd sure like to tape the game if FSSN picks up the feed fron Fox North Rocky Mt. Anybody have inside info?

Now, do I get this right? The Wisc. announcers say it was UND's fault cause the guy gets up and comes back at the Badger who decked him after the goal? Even if it wasn't the UND player who got decked (Oshie) that came back at him , what the hell do they expect? Shouldn't the Sioux player stick up for his teamate? That was homerism to the extreme!!!

The lobbying effort to get the Winona game on TV offficially begins NOW!

Read in the Herald this morning that the Saturday Wisc. game will be on TV on channel 23. They empasized that it wasn't on FSSN which means, I suppose , that not everyone will get it. We here in Mayville have the same cable setup as GF to I'm assuming we get it too. Unfortunately, I have a wedding to attend, so I'm SOL.

Funny, as big as UW is, they don't have the sort of hockey coverag on FSN Wi that MN does on FSN. Then we could probably get both games on MIDCO.

For some of us it begins at Happy Hour.

So on Saturday, Nov. 3, we haveSioux football at 1:00 on FSSN, Bison football on KVLY at 4:00, Sioux hockey at 7:00 on FSSN. Wow!

The Gophers won't play UND in football because of the name thing and the way Brewster feels........the former being the more convenient exscuse.

Till the Bison start playing (and defeating) teams like Michigan, Boston College, Holy Cross (wink,wink) Sioux hockey will be number 1.

The real camera guys couldn't make it cause of the fog in Boston.

If the Gophers had had to play in that fog, and if they had lost, the Earth would shudder on its axis!

Called a friend of mine today about what's up with the BC rink debacle, and he said he hadn't the foggiest.
