How can you not be disappointed in this team so far. So much hype yet there has been way too many stretches of underwhelming and uninspired play in games from UND.

Because we are North Dakota not Duluth. We expect more and want it all. The players have the same exact mentality and know the expectations from fans as well. Are the majority of fans overzealous? Definitely. That is UND fandom.

Only team I see that will give them a challenge is St. Cloud. SCSU-UMD games are always battles.

Overall, pretty disappointing result. Have to find way to close the game out. Team needs to be better.

WMU’s defense is atrocious and goaltending isn’t much better. Yikes. They lost a lot from last year but the fall off is dramatic.

Can't be too surprising. UND fans after all. If they aren't annihilating opponents 15-0, there is room for criticism. Who am I kidding, fans would still find something to nitpick in a 15-0 shellacking.

UND is 2-0. For conference standings, team only get 2 points out of 3 for OT win. If I recall correctly, if there wasn’t a pandemic and there was a pairwise rankings, 3x3 OT wins count as a win but would have less weight than a regulation win.
