I thought UND used the logo until Chicago told them that they had to pay up or change to a different logo. I could be wrong, that's just what I recall.

Here's a question for the guys who have seen Edina play: Is that Marshall Everson, who has got 4 goals tonight, that good? Or Rochester Century that bad? I found that he's going to Harvard.

Gleason just started a sweet rush up the ice short-handed. Ended up being a 2-on-1 with Gleason leaving his teammate a wide open net tap-in.

The REA is advertising it. I was home at the games last weekend and saw it on the wrap-a-round thing. Green 1/2 way, White 1/2 way. With an explanation on it too. It was clear as day to me. They also had cup stuffers last weekend too.

Anybody know what it says behind Ryan Duncan in his poster? All the accolades, stats, etc.? Some of them get cut off.

They may have run into hot goaltenders, but they never dominated MTU and CC. They probably deserved a tie against MTU on Friday, but I don't even think they deserved a tie against CC on Saturday night.

And Woog is a nice guy. We watched the Sioux vs. Mankato(?) play-off game(Sunday Night) at Sensors and Woog was just sitting there watching the game by himself. Not only did he stop and chat with us for a while, but he was very complimentary. So as someone said "Keep Your Skirt On".

I thought it was a little weak myself. But if the league is going to try and be consistent with the rule(2 min vs. 5 min), then I am ok with it. It will get players to think twice. Already though, I can think of one call that Hunt missed. The hit that Kerr(?) put on Chorney at MTU was the worst one I've seen this year and he only got 2 minutes. It was flat out terrible.

Except that none of the goals were his fault in the 3rd period. The 2nd one of the period(guy on knees) might have been a little iffy by him, but none were his fault. His defense let him down.

Does anyone have any information on why the game tomorrow is not webcasted? I looked on the Fighting Sioux Website, and all it lists is audio....Is that accurate?

I never said he didn't need game experience. All I said was his strength and conditioning weren't up to par in the 2 games I've seen of him this year. He seemed to wear down as the game went on. Obviously game time experience will eventually show what he can or cannot contribute to the team. But until his strength and conditioning improve, I would have a hard time playing him.

I still don't understand what some people's fascination with giving Forney a shot over someone is. Yes, he's a good player, but he was injured and had surgery this summer. And the games I saw him play in, (@ MTU, vs. CC) he showed to me that his strength/conditioning wasn't at the same level of his teammates. When he shows in practice that he's got his legs under him to be able to play a full game, then put him in the line-up on a regular basis. If he earns it.

I can't believe no one has listed the names of Greg Johnson, Kidd, Joyce, Darcy Mitani, or Justin Doooooberman as their past favorite players. That question is too hard to answer.

Roger Thomas had no AD experience to speak of when he became UND's AD in 1999. I don't believe that experience is necessarily the biggest determiner of who would be a good AD. People didn't seem to complain about the lack of experience back then.

You are left of the box in that picture if that's your seat #'s. That is probably row D-E I would guess in the picture you posted, but seats 10-15ish.

It's not behind the penalty box, it's more around the penalty box. The 2 sections wrap around the penalty box. It's on the side of the opponent's penalty box, and depending on your seat #, you'll be able to see most everything. It will be a normal section, not a true student section. Well, maybe a little rowdier, but we gotta get your son accustomed to the atomosphere eventually. He'll be playing there in 16 years.

I completely agree. This is the 1st game this season where they looked just out of sorts against a good CC team. They've played 6 games against teams ranked in the top 13 currently, with the other team being Northeastern, who just happend to beat New Hampshire(#6/#7 in polls) this past weekend. All these tough games will provide great experience come play-off time.

I had my mom stop by the Ralph on Monday morning and since students aren't in class that week b/c of Thanksgiving, I got seats in section 108....Call the Ralph or try Ticketmaster.
