Too funny - Love your recruiting strategy. UND guys (coaches) under contract but are considered poison now? I thought I read somewhere you said these guys were coaching and recruiting STUDS!...

You know this how? Obviously no one in there right mind would turn down the job?

I heard that Vigen, Hazelton, and Klieman have all been contacted by Faison and all declined. Sounds like Mr. Faison has been contacting coaches and has a couple of good ones interested. If it's a Dec hire probably not a bowl or playoff team.

Well there we have it und-1 has spoken. UND does everything right. Losing contact with recruits for whatever reason is stupid. You can still sell the school, facilities, etc.

Really so you think that's a good idea? Both your coorinators are UND grads, I would have thought Faison would have had both leading up the recruiting. Nothing like throwing away a year of recruiting.

So you don't find it funny that Faison wouldn't have the assistant coaches out recruiting. They're under contract until Jan. Just drop the recruiting for better than a month? Not the way it's usually done.

Can't believe that Faison didn't retain some coaches to keep recruiting and working with the players? That's usally the way it's done.

I would have thought that all the FB coaches would have hit the recruiting trail Sunday morning.

I've never said it was or that UND should consider switching conferences. As a Bison fan I enjoy going to away FB games and watch BB games that start at 7:00CT.. If UND is happy in the BSC good for you.

Back in 03 the BSC was the only conference that might have been looking. The Summit and MVC wasn't an option. Figure it out now?

Yeah that makes sense that NDSU guys would be telling tales to a UND fan. Fact is the dance team made their bed and now they have to sleep in it.

So you think it's no big deal that on one on a B1G defense can't out run a ex. full back from the FCS?

Really name some players that were better? Hell no one on their D could catch Roehl when we played them and he was a full back the year before.

I wouldn't put much stock in a rating of any recruiting class. I guess we agree to disagress, but I wish Brewster was still there as we got some of our best recruiting classes when he was the MN head coach.

I disagree that Brewster was a good recruiter. He's a great talker but nothing else. If he a great recruiter why is Kill losing all his B1G games? Have you seen MN play? Very few good fb players. Brewster went south with his recruiting and didn't recruit MN very hard and it shows.
