They graduated 11 seniors but when it came out that also lost 19 to the portal to me it was not only setting up this season for them but possibly the future of their program. At least under Entze's reign. It still doesn't guarantee a win for anyone in the conference but the crack in the armor showed last weekend.

First we claimed "Flag Ship U" now the 701. The 701 is brilliant on the helmets if indeed that's what we'll have this year. It can't be duplicated or trashed in state! And at the same time, it lays claim to ownership of the state FB athletic teams. quite the hee, hee................

It was interesting reading his offer letter from NDSU. It claims the SU is one of the top university's in the world, yes world. I would have never guessed that considering a drive by of their campus looks like only a notch above an out house, their enrollment is dropping at a similar percentage as the football roster and they are eliminating college's just to keep the lights on.

untouchable line up wise, yea, sometimes it seems like that. Buts lets back up the train a tish and for starters the program should give up the easy recruiting travel and pass on the GF hockey players and actually go up north and recruit a few players that haven't played Fargo Sheyenne, Fargo North/South or Devils Lake for 16 games in their last two years of competition. Most likely great kids but elite DI hockey??

College sports success is 90% recruiting and 10% recruiting. Facilities, team opportunities for success/history/reputation, coaching "connection" when visiting all matter when the visit occurs. There is no reason we should be getting out recruited by the goofs or any other program, but we are when it comes to the high end talent. That, and only that has to change.

Totally disagree. SIU wins and only three teams in the Valley have seven or more wins. No question who gets in unless they only take two which would be highly unlikely.

How about when the ref is announcing the penalty they turn the canned music off so we can actually hear what he is saying. Whether it's the band or the crappy music the pa guy plays, don't play it over the game happenings !

Tommy will be there when we need him. What I don't want is to beat SDSU and then lose to NDSU and thus get the ac back to the top of the conference. But I do agree with a previous poster that yesterday wasn't the ac's last lose on the year.

Congrats Tommy, absolutely a great game. Off the MVC game write up. You can win a lot of games with stats like this. "Tommy Schuster went 20-for-23 through the air for 275 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing seven times for 30 yards in the win. Schuster's two points on a successful two-point conversion early in the fourth quarter ended up being the difference." "UND took over with 6:51 remaining in the game and picked up four first downs to hold on for the victory. Haven't seen it mentioned but the next four Regionals go Fargo, Sioux Falls, Fargo, Sioux Falls. If we make the tourny we know where we will be playing. Will be home field for all four.

Is there any help coming by way of the Freshman class? Not transfers or JUCO's but potential diamonds in the rough that we recruited?

The highest ranked team they beat in this shortened season was Richmond at #15. The 6-0 record looks good but the teams they beat would be extremely marginal in most of the FCS conferences. We win 32-20 and if we don't, we played not to loose and it cost us.

24-3 at the half, 41-10 final. Solid run game, O line and D line dominance, passing efficiency (i.e don't show more than what you have to) do what got you here so far but do it on the road then don't let the boys eat until next week.........
