Makes me wonder for how long this will be UND's home field turf. Sure you pay the extra money for the "cushier" turf to prevent injuries, but do you pay more money if you are thinking about a change of venue in the future?

I also recall reading one of Siouxfan's posts on the WAC board that there is a small window of opportunity for the WAC to be FCS for a short period ot time and invite FCS teams to join them and revert back to an FBS conference bringing all of the teams with them. I may butchered what he was saying, but I seem to recall there being a two year window on the rule that he was citing.

No clue. Star2City needs to log back in and give us some analysis. I know that he wrote over on the WAC board a while back that he had some inside info on what was going on.

A couple of days ago Jayson Hajdu tweeted I took it to mean starting Big Sky play. Now I'm wondering if there was something more to it.

The next few weeks should be interesting.

Finally got a chance to watch the video. Very nice. Loved the new helmets. Great to see them in kelly green. The video series should be a nice recruiting tool, as well.

The suit was filed last year after the state Legislature passed a law requiring the school to keep the nickname. The law was later repealed, but retirement of the logo was put on hold when a group of nickname supporters put the issue to a statewide vote.

I think we are going to have to make this one of our stops.

A take off on the where to eat in GF... I'm taking the family north and spending time in both MSP and GF. Does anyone know of some good restaurants in the Bloomington area and east along 494? Looking for family type (kids) restaurants without wall to wall televisions. Somewhere you can actually carry on a conversation across the table without having to shout or lip read. Thanks.
