That idea has always been out there. I am sure there have been plenty of midmajor conference commissioners that have been cheering for upsets in some of their tournaments. But I watched the GU/SMC game and GU was not playing their game and SMC was hot from the get go. You can't fake a team being on for a big game. I don't know what it is but I have always enjoyed following the WCC. I love their late night games on ESPN that I can lay and watch while I'm trying to fall asleep.

Is the webcast worth $7 or should I just listen to the radio webfeed?

Delta Air Lines to plan for expanded Grand Forks service No actual plans have been released. Basically they have just agreed to expand service but nothing has been finalized yet. Hopefully we hear something sooner rather than later. Even 1 daily roundtrip with SLC would be huge for GFK. If that pans out fairly well they can look at 2 dailies later on.

There was just a scrum on the court that had both teams pushing each other around. It started with Mertens and a NJIT players ending up on the ground while trying for a rebound. The coaches even got in each others faces and apparently had words for each other. Mertens and the NJIT players were apparently ejected with flaggerant fouls and then another player for NJIT was tossed for leaving the bench. Similar to the scrap with Northern Illinois.

It is good to see some of the younger guys stepping up and having some good games.

A good game for the ladies. They played pretty consistant throughout the sections of the game that I was able to catch.

This doens't look like it should be a Semi-final in the Olympics for as lop-sided as it is. They are just taking it to them.

Why not? Considering the horrible things that have been posted on bisonville about GF and the flood of '97, alot worse would have to be posted here to ever begin to catch up. It was posts a few years ago wishing for GF to flood again that were the final straw for me to quit reading that forum.

Every time I see their logo I think it looks more like a Beaver than a Cougar. Maybe Bemidji State should buy the logo from them.
