I wasn't home to listen to the game but just caught the end of the 2nd overtime! UND - 78 UT-PA - 74 FINAL in 2nd OT!

When I went down to Vermillion a few years ago for the UND/USD Football game, there were a handful of protesters that appeared with signs, etc. And I am sure that NDSU didn't appreciate the attention when the t-shirts appeared on campus that depicted a bison *@&!^ing an indian caricature. And let's not forget the lovely Hitler video that hit the internet. I am sure the NDSU administration loved spending a week getting requests for interviews and statements reguarding that lovely video. So yes, this does spill over into other universities.

http://www.meltdownattheralph.com/ I know that the season up to this point hasn't exactly given us alot of reasons to rush to home basketball games, but the guys played a very close, competative game against the Coyotes this last weekend. Maybe a big crowd at the Ralph this weekend could be the difference maker and give the guys enough of a boost and home court advantage to come out with the W this weekend. Let's get out there and support our basketball teams!

Okay, I know that it has been posted around here and I even went over and read threads there for a while. But what is the Tech fan board?

Field Goals 25/55 USD 16/55 3 Pointers 9/22 USD 6/23 Free Throws 5/13 USD 36/52 Turnsovers 18 USD 7 Rebounds 39 USD 42 If you look at just the Field Goals and 3 Pointers the Sioux won the game. Anyone else see a glaring irregularity in the Free Throw department. And the turnover difference isn't real nice either. Even those two out a bit and the Sioux come away with a big W.

UND 64 USD 74 Final. The game was actually closer than this. With about 4 minutes left the shots just started not going in for the Sioux and we gave up a few too many offensive rebounds to USD. With about 2 minutes left the refs called a questionable intentional/flagerant foul. Looked like a BS call to me. Very next play they called a second on the Sioux. The second one was a harder foul but he was still going for the ball. Either way with the 2 intentional calls USD ended up having the ball for about a minute straight.

IDK. I am watching it on TV.

UND 30 USD 32 Halftime. The Sioux aren't playing the best basketball I have ever seen but they aren't playing too bad either. I will take 30 points in a half over 11 anyday!

UND 54 USD 51 Final. USD had 2.6 sec to throw a long pass down court hoping for a last second prayer. Bagesson caught the ball but took off running down the court with her hands in the air like they had won. But there was still 1.6 seconds left and she was called for a travel. USD had a chance to inbound it for 1 last shot but once again the Sioux caught the ball. The second time they stood still until the horn sounded to celebrate. haha. Dumb mental mistake but it turned out alright. Good, tough win for the ladies!
