So the D gives up 35 points, the O scores 30 with 2 special team TD's and we can't say the game was lost because of the D, but due to bad play calling on the O and poor special teams. Do I have that right?

But YOU only see the O as the problem. The D was out schemed on almost every possession. No way the D should get a pass on this one, but it's ingrained to so many fans' minds that Rudy is the problem that we don't dare question the D. It sucked today.

Good point. A few times I saw DLinemen get into their stance a second before the snap; LBs walking around looking to the sideline with palm of hands facing up as though they weren't sure what they were in.

I purposely watched Greer as much as I could, and while he's a nice player, I did not see him get off the line real well and while he got in on a sack it was forced by someone else. I think he's playing well, but so is Tank.
