There's been many times that I've been thankful this team finally has a bona fide QB. He is not perfect, but he's much better than any we've had in the past few years.

They would be if they had to play anyone but the teams they beat suck. Even if they make the playoffs, they will get killed. (I don't believe that, just speaking for the "football minds" around here.

Right! I just fear they will have that one game where it all clicks.

Very concerned about this game. Idaho has some FBS talent especially on O so this is gonna be a tough road game. Gotta figure out how to make stops on 3rd down. Gotta pound the ball early on O but with a nice mix of passes to Wanzek and maybe, just maybe a tight end!

UND just lost to the #5 team in the country by less than a TD and NO ONE here thinks it was a good effort. That could give a casual fan to think maybe, just maybe things are going in the right direction. For those who want to dump the staff, bear in mind the team has few seniors and an argument could be made that the RS frosh and next year's recruits (Cedric Case especially) look really good. Add to that a nice Soph class and things are looking up.

In the sober light of morning, this is what hit me. Weber is a top 5 team in the country. UND did not have a very good game and lost by 5. UND can't take any games off the rest of the way, but should make the playoffs and make some noise in the playoffs.

Ok...not trying to argue, but you think there's more talent on O than D? I think UND is a little above average and I think next year will be more than above average,

I don't disagree, but is it really just play calling or personnel. I'm tired of one coach taking the blame and the other is not ever questioned.

Let me help you out. The O and special teams score 30. If the defense only lets the other team score 29 or some number less than 29 which team wins? Take your time. No need to hurry your answer.

You may have mentioned the D but you blame the O. And special teams and anything but the D. I could not speak English and could comprehend your views.

D gives up 450 yards and that's NOT a big deal? It's everyone's fault?

So the D gives up 35 points, the O scores 30 with 2 special team TD's and we can't say the game was lost because of the D, but due to bad play calling on the O and poor special teams. Do I have that right?

But YOU only see the O as the problem. The D was out schemed on almost every possession. No way the D should get a pass on this one, but it's ingrained to so many fans' minds that Rudy is the problem that we don't dare question the D. It sucked today.

I highly doubt it, but I wouldn't know. I guess I think a HUGE majority would not, but there could be guys close to Blubaugh who think he could do it.

Yes, I suspect they trust Wanzek to catch a ball but never to run with it.

Paris has a great hamburger place as does the Orleans. I agree with the others about being careful with your cash. Most rooms have a safe and that's a good place to stash it. I always have my money in my front pocket. I love the sports books and Bellagio is one of the best though I have heard good things about others. Down town seems a bit more customer friendly and has outdoor bands too.

One positive of the Special Teams-Ty Shannon on KO has made many if not most of the tackles. Gotta clone him.
