True story: I'm playing outdoor hockey at Agassiz with some dorm buddies. Some UND women's hockey players (Rivard Era) show up and we have ourselves a scrimmage, which of course the women's team had to play with each other. Now I'm a former goalie (not a great skater) and my other dorm buddies didn't have amazing high school careers.....but we just killed them. I mean they didn't have a chance, and these were DI hockey players? Went to one game during the Rivard era and couldn't watch. Sloppy, no discipline, and just no format to the way they played. Idalski has done a helluva job turning things around.

Why are guys named Archibald and Zombo buzzing around our zone?

Feels almost like they weathered the storm that period......but UND hockey isn't about weathering storms for entire periods of play. Not watching....just listening.....but come on fellas.

Give the man an extension!!!!! Glad they won for the seniors. Not a lot has gone right this season, but glad they got a win for guys like Hardin.

Very impressed with Notre Dame. Gosh they just grind and grind and grind on you. Very well coached team. Don't make many mistakes in their own end. And when they do, Summerhayes is pretty solid on the back end. I don't think Minnesota played that poorly. I think the better team won that game.

Ummm.....bump. Seems like things are a bit in glass half empty category for UND hockey. But I'm glad that they play a team like UNO that allows for a bit of run and gun hockey. Funny how when Hak's teams seem to be on the mat at some point in time in the season they put together a good performance to catch everyone's attention. I'll say a split. Tough loss on Saturday, regroup and win on Sunday. Wilbur's Keys: ~Zane keeping up his stellar play against UNO ~Replacing St. Clair on the energy line. Paging Derek Rodwell.....Rodwell......Rodwell...... ~Defensive breakdowns. Just about every St. Cloud goal was a direct result of a UND mistake in coverage. Make UNO earn every goal. ~3rd year guys.....I'm talking about you: Rocco, Mike, Mark, Brendan, Nick, Steph. If those guys are invisible UND loses.
