Before the season started looking at the roster I thought someone is going to have to have a breakout year or this group is going to be average. Shaw can talk all he wants about the back end guys, but only giving up two goals means nothing when you have to press for 1.

Hey, this is a hockey thread!!! And NDSU would hang with Bama, Georgia, Ohio State, just to name a few. Just ask their fans. NDSU buddy of mine claimed the other day they're better than 3/4 of the Big Ten. It is an unpopular opinion, but I feel the same way you do.

Is using personnel that will challenge the opposing defense and create mismatches allowed? Our tackling on defense cant get worse. Backup QB.....bring the heat, but dont let guys hurdle you and go 70 yards.....

Just watch the safety on that TD play. Bad call or not by Schmidt that DI safety has got to make that tackle. Defense wasn't good, offense wasn't good. Collection of plays on all sides cost them the game. And yes, we are all very hard on Rudy.
