I'm not Tommy's biggest fan, but if he gives us the best chance to win then give me a #2 jersey and let's roll. Nice to see him run a bit yesterday. Running QBs add another variable for a defense has to prepare for.

When everything gets thrown on the table and everything gets evaluated by the coaching staff at their post season meetings does the game management get discussed? I mean 3 or 4 really questionable decisions this year in big spots. Does the blame go around because we've got how many guys talking on the headsets, and somebody has to say "are we really QB sneaking into the teeth of NDSU's D on 4th and 1 from our 20"? A lot of tough losses for this group. They battled, every game they lost they had a legitimate shot to win.

Biondi is the next great player for them. Cross bar late in the game or its 2-2. Without Driscoll making 3 really nice saves Friday that game is more than 3-1 late to the empty netter. Roehl has been there forever....Roth, Bender, Laderoute, Jacques, Cates, and then they add a pretty good transfer in Gilling. Two very capable goalies as well. The major on Friday changed things a lot, I think the major to Duluth Saturday put them out of sequence a bit as well and helped us settle in.

What game are you reffing tonight?
-
Yeah dohhkay.....
-
Nope, @SiouxBoys just hangs around and posts about what we all don't know about officiating.
-
You are the expert around here on all things officiating. We all know.
-
Not the right one. Which one are you reffing?
-
Trust me coaches, Tim Walsh didn't see it....
-
So what about that wasn't holding? And now we get one....the same thing the Duluth player did....
-
So what about that play wasn't tripping?
-
Great play by Calder. Budy off the milk carton.
-
You mean Tim Walsh hasn't fixed his $hit officiating over night?
-
Thank you to the guys with no eligibility left for putting their physical health on the line each week for UND. Best of luck.
-
The high stick call when he was literally 120 feet away after the other reff waived it off was brutal. He watches Duluths d men do those pick plays all game long and then calls the one on Kleven when the guy swan dived. Why is it every flipping game with him? Its like, wow who was the reff that.....oh no.....its Walsh....

You must be thinking of a different kid. Biondi is only a Sophomore.

Will see SCSU in a couple weeks, but this Duluth team is good. Just a clinic in the neutral zone, and they make you pay for every inch. The area where the biggest disparity was between the teams was in the skating department. Their team speed was huge in being able to pressure the hell out of us all over the rink. Some guys got exposed in that department, but we knew that other than a few guys we didn't have an elite skating team this season. Dumb penalty by Jammer. His line became obsolete after his curtain call.
-
Getting it to Gaber in the right spot, he just has to finish.
-
Duluth just suffocates the neutral zone so well. They are a good hockey team. Much better than the pios.
-
Surprise....Tim Walsh.....
-
Walsh....thats literally what Duluth does every time...
-
Tim Walsh....why do you always look bad....every game?
-
Just as I was talking to a friend about seeing Sanderson's skating ability in person...... My fault. Hope they find a way.
-
Well hockey is niche according to you so why do you care?

We definitely could have run with no nickname. I love this. No Sioux logo on it so those who get offended can't get offended, and that ugly US postal service bird isn't on it so those that won't buy anything that has the hawk are more likely to buy it.
