For the first time in years....(ever?) I just saw regular season college hockey highlights on ESPN. Nobody got hurt on a bad hit, no records broken, no insane play to make the top ten, it wasn't the Bean Pot.... Now I challenge ESPN to have highlights without Buccigross pushing them into the show.

Yup, too many lost games for them to lose one at the end of the year in Grand Forks of all places.

So we are supposed to play Miami, however, if CC knows before Tuesday they aren't going to be able to play we get a bye to the semifinals? BUT......if CC doesn't know before Tuesday and they end up dropping out on Wednesday or Thursday the #2 seed gets the bye? Do I have this correct? If they do drop out Duluth could play Miami for the 7th time this year.

Definition of a trap game. Hopefully SDSU pounds on Western this Saturday. The Jacks can't afford another early loss with who they have left on their schedule, so I imagine they'd bring the physicality up a level on Saturday. No prediction until I see how Western hangs with the Jacks.

Everybody plays, last game before tournament time, lets roll. Should be the best crowd this group will see supporting them all season. Take it to Omaha, stay out of the dumb stuff, and put together a good performance going into the post season. UND 5 Omaha 1 Over under on Abate penalties is set at 2. I'm taking the over.
