UND Spring Break runs March 12-16th, so I would guess many students will be gone already. The good, die-hard ones will be there though, and I assume the band will stick around or find replacements for missing people. Anyone know?

We all want big game success, but I disagree with your post. This year has shown us that Hak is a very good coach. In a one and done format, the best teams often don't win. Just look at the NCAA basketball tourney. Remember, these are 18-22 year old kids on average, which adds another variable into the mix. Don't get me wrong, I see those 7 green banners in the Ralph, and know that it's been quite awhile since a new one was hung. I wouldn't choose 1 NCAA title and 11 seasons of sucking.

Just took a look, there are tickets available for this weekend on the ticketmaster site. BUY EM UP! They were just released this week, very limited in number, but wanted to give Sioux fans a head's up.

We have been over this for years now. The NCAA doesn't (and doesn't HAVE to) care. The NCAA SUCKS! But, they are the only organization out there other than NAIA, which would be death to our athletic program, hockey included.

Back on topic, I wonder which type of area Seth Jones desires? I am willing to bet the area doesn't matter too much. It is all about hockey for these kids, and a question of which route will prepare them for the NHL. I think UND's track record for developing pros speaks for itself.

Okay. Each area has different features. It really depends on the person as to which area they like better. I wish people would leave it alone. It is hard for people who live in the Twin Cities to understand why someone would want to live in Grand Forks or the fine state of ND. It is hard for many North Dakotan's to understand why someone would choose to live in the Twin Cities. It is hard for a person in Chicago or New York city to understand why someone would want to live in the Twin Cities. It is hard for people who live in Grand Forks to understand why a person would want to live in Hillsboro. It goes on and on and on...

Because the drive from the MSP airport is so wonderful! Traffic. Oh boy! Several mid sized buildings. Is that the downtown Minneapolis skyline way over there? Neat! Suburbia with no identity. Look, there is a Menards. Look, there is another Menards. Cool! Oh, wow, I was just in Bloomington, now I'm in some other city, Awesome! Yep, Grand Forks is in a rural area.
