No disrespect towards Eades, but I think UMN-TC losing Mike G. would be a much tougher loss for the program. It seems Mike brought that program back from the depths of mediocrity, and perhaps he should be the head coach there now instead of Don Lucifer.

That is really too bad. Cardinal has gone on quite a bad streak this year. One of two things, in my opinion: 1-He is so sick of being a fan of a program that has quite frankly, STUNK of late, was playing nice due to humility the past few years, and is now just showing his true arrogant gopher colors. 2-Because he has been fair and balanced in the past, talking all sorts of college hockey knowledge, his KFAN base, made up primarily of UMN-Twin Cities fans, gave him enough crap about it, he has decided (or been asked) to become the homer that most all other Twin Cities Metro area media are. Whatever the reason, he has lost this college hockey fan until he demostrates he has shaped up. He was the SOLE reason I listened to the PA show on thursdays every now and then.

York has the college hockey success formula mastered. As far as Hak goes, I think he has learned a lot since he started as a head coach at UND. He played college hockey in a different era, what worked then doesn't work now. The game has changed. I think he continues to learn each year what it takes to be successful, and it is quite possible he gets on a nice run where he wins 2 titles in a span of 4-5 years.

Hey, Air Force had BC up on them only 1-0 later in the third, lost 2-0. Defensive shutdown style could work on saturday. GO FERRIS

BC has taken their foot off the gas. I like Jerry York, I hate everything else about BC.

I think this won't be the last game he plays in the state of Florida this year...

Dave: which loss was harder to take? UND losing to your 2nd favorite team, or your 2nd favorite team losing to BC, a team that you likely dislike because of what they have done to UND.

I said "BC". What Blood did against UMN-Twin Cities was not acceptable and he was punished. Case closed.

I don't remember our "Hosehead" "Goon squad" ever losing it like Taylor Mattson just did on BC when we were getting beat by them.

I hope UND has that logistical problem next year at this time

Yes, and their fans can't say anything to our fans, as they have been labeling us as CHOKERS for losing in the frozen four.

BC will feast in the 3rd. UMN-Twin Cities will have to play aggressive, look for several odd man goals for BC. Go Ferris.

Gophers have played a nice game thus far. Millner is playing solid. I have to say, when BC scored, I didn't really feel much emotion. Reminds me of watching a DU vs UMN game, can't really "root" for either.
