This is a perfect example of how Sioux fans and Gopher fans differ. Sioux fans=classy Gopher fans=classless. Of course, there are the usual outliers in each group.

Consider the source. I could say so many things as well.

It is refreshing to see an article like this. In all honesty, there isn't much that is "golden" with the gopher athletic teams right now.

That was one of the most bizzare things I have ever witnessed. Kid has problems of some sort, wonder if he will play against the Black Bears? People forget that Hirsch is their top scorer, people like to focus on irmen and potulny. Hirsch has (had?) skills.

The F*****g teams using it aren't even the Sioux! 8 Teams from who knows where.

It made me a bit "sick" to hear a sioux fan was okay with the gophers winning the NCAA's. I agree, it would be like a sioux fan cheering for the bison, just shouldn't happen.

I don't care where I go, as long as there are Sioux fans there.

Signs are good, flags, etc are good also. Make the SIOUX presence felt visually as well as with your voices and hands!

It would be cool if all the Sioux fans left the bar together and walked down to the X as a large group of green and white.

Looks like we posted the same thing at the same time! UND has progressed so much in the past few weeks it is amazing. They have a 7 game unbeaten streak going. Hopefully we can keep it going. I hope that any Sioux fan who can make it to the game DOES!

We are going to Roseville tonight, hopefully some Sioux fans will be there too. Bloomington tomorrow maybe.

It's hard for me to believe that dog fans, for where their program ranks in NCAA hockey history, railed on their team as they did...it's not like the Dogs have won 7 NCAA titles....or one for that matter. I can't recall Sioux fans chanting that at their own team. Imagine how the UMD players felt! OUCH!

I am glad Virg doesn't make up stuff like Grandpa Sid does. I get a kick whenever I read the Tribune and see how Gramps is friends with everyone who is "high up".

FYI I noticed there are a lot of tickets available with it being spring break. They are quite expensive with ticketmaster fees, I'd check TheRalph.com's ticket exchange. I saw at least one guy selling the package for equivalent to 15 dollars a ticket or something cheap like that.

If the Sioux can put up 2-3 goals a game and JPar keeps playing solid, the Sioux are a scary team, in my humble opinion.

So, which Senser's is everyone going to be at? Bloomington or Roseville?

I agree that the USCHO poll is meaningless. People are saying how well the Gophers are playing for beating the 9th and 10th place teams like mentioned above. Pairwise is where it's at, we are doing okay in those rankings, a few wins against Duluth would greatly help.
