We know it's on TV in Michigan, but have seen no announcement that it will be on FSSN=Fighitng Sioux Sports Network, on cable TV across ND, SD, and parts of MN.

I'd expect we'll see an announcement soon, as tickets appear to be selling. Not sure how reliable ticketmaster is in finding the "best available" seats, but they just went on sale to non-season ticketholders today, and "best available" are goal line seats on either side of the field.

WHile you're looking for tickets, you may want to watch the video stream of this week's Sioux Football 2004 show. There's a special clip on Chris including an interview, etc.

It's not yet listed on the dataflix site (as you've found out). Keep checking for the next few days, would expect it to show up.

The games are shown on theralph's watch the sioux web page, but the links to buy the games on dataflix show "inactive product". Searching out the entire Sioux hockey schedule on dataflix, the next road games scheduled are at Duluth. At any rate, it appears the Mich Tech games will not be on dataflix. Hope the audio feed works, and we don't have to search for MTU's audio again this weekend

Puck possesion for the first 5 minutes of the game favored SCSU, but after that the Sioux dominated the puck, except during PK's (although the PK's were pretty good, too). Campion didn't blow the whistle constantly like we've seen almost every other weekend. SCSU has nothing to complain about, they hooked and held their way into a rather close game. Garbage goal by McMahon? He undressed the dman, then beat Montgomery with a clean wrist shot. Garbage D by SCSU maybe.

Belmore got his bell rung on a third down qb keeper and went off wobbly. Concussion likely. Bowencamp is throwing much better than he was earlier in the year when he played. Arm looks good. Hard to tell on TV that there are people there, although you can hear the Sioux fans. Stands are way up a hill on the other side of a track, long way from the field. Looks a bit like a ND class B high school field.

This all depends on the frequencies for the hockey (SCSU series) and the football game. If they are different (like last weekend, football was on the specified FSSN frequency, while the Wisco series was a different frequency), the cableco's have to be willing to pay a tech to change the frequencies back and forth on Saturday. Midco apparently did this in most areas last weekend, but I can guarantee our cable co will not (NCC at Ray). Expect we'll get the hockey only.

You can fly with the team

Busses run from the parking lot next to the student union. You'll be in a long line to get the bus after the game, better to walk. Better yet, park across the street from the ralph along the frontage road. Lots of spaces, but you'll need to be there early enough to get one.
