  1. The difference being, before yesterday only Williams had played against ND; after yesterday, both had, which evens things up.
  2. EWU 27 MSU 24 Final
  3. EWU 27 MSU 17, 11 minutes left ISU 17, Bison 6, 13 minutes left
  4. Looks like a pregame show today, is, again, a different format.
  5. Midco used a new format last night that should have been a bit better than before, but didn't get the message to all the cable co's that buy the feed, so only midco cable users could see it. They switched back late in the second period, need a post from midco cable users if they saw a difference from the first half of the game to the second half, as no one else saw the first half. Have no idea why the web stream is so poor.
  6. Maybe you should start a gopher excuses thread from a long time ago.
  7. Not sure why but I've also heard from other cable watchers (non-Midco, but others that buy the feed from Midco) that have similar issues to directv viewers.
  8. For those who don't want to read all the way through, here is the reference from the strib:
  9. http://www.startribune.com/sports/outdoors/172978211.html?page=1&c=y The strib mentions the football players that derailed a measure that DU hoped would provide more protection in northwest ND.

    Week 6 EWU

They do double headers but it appears ROOT is a Montana/Montana State network. Both teams were on Saturday, and again next weekend. EWU has a big receiver that appears undefendable, at least by Montana dbacks. Not sure if he's speedy, but he's really big and caught passes when tightly double covered. Not sure how ND will deal with this guy.

    UND @ UNO

Gets you in to both the USHL and the UND/UNO game, if that's what you meant.

Wow, check out the seating and prices for the outdoor game. Baseball stadium, no on field seating, and very expensive, doesn't look like a good seat in the place with this setup. You'll have to really need to be at an outdoor game to go to this one. The cheap seats ($30) are so far away, you'd be looking at little dots going around the ice. Football stadiums with on field seating do a lot better job for an outdoor game. http://www.tdameritradeparkomaha.com/
  13. The VB game last Thursday was just not sharp like past FSSN broadcasts. And today's SDSU game was very poor.
  14. The picture quality of midco sports net is extremely poor as compared to what WDAZ was giving us on FSSN. Are they using really old, poor, video equipment?
  15. The Esquire (was it Esquire?) article read L&M meats, wherever that is.
  16. Close, but you need white pepper as well, without it it's just not the same.
  17. Always hoped that Patrick had kids, does anyone know? Nephew would be nice as well.
  18. Sucks to compare the Bison game on HD tv (bright and sharp), and this Big Sky/Midco stream (dark and dingy). Can't believe so many of us have to put up with this after so many years of Sioux on TV.
  19. Down arrow may be hidden under you quick launch bar, mine was. Auto hide quick launch and you should see it.
  20. There is a scroll arrow below those. You'll find ND lower on the right side
  21. would not work in IE for me after repeated attempts. worked it chrome the first attempt
  22. not yet for me, other big sky games are working, but not the Sioux
  23. If your email provider has a spam blocker (eg gmail), you'll find it there.
  24. Labor in western ND (electricians, plumbers, etc, that have moved here in the oil boom) charge "about the same" as well. Used to be around $40/hour, now it's over $100. Rent, 200-400, is now 1500/2000 per person living in small worn down shacks living 10 people/house. Guess that's about the same as well. Until I get exact numbers, I'm a bit skeptical on what "about the same" means when midco says it. Can't see any good reason the cableco's that have paid the REA for the telecast for the past 10 years wouldn't just go ahead and pay it, at rates "about the same".
  25. I used it minimally; it streamed well and the quality for a web stream was decent. It is nowhere near FTA TV, or regular SD or HD TV for that matter, as I know you'd suspect, when it's hooked up to a big screen. In its little box within a PC screen it looks better. With many more Sioux fans logging on to the stream that can't watch on TV, I'm skeptical that it will stream well for everyone. We'll see.
