Yep . Offense was awful in that game.

Lack of arm strength and little ability:desire to run are huge problems for UND offense. You can win it all with one or the other but IMO can’t with neither. Too easy to defend. Another game with no deep balls thrown. JMU was daring us.

Our offense consists of gadget plays and Otis breaking long runs. Been this way for awhile.

We have a qb who refuses to run and can’t throw deep balls. We are at our ceiling. We will never be good enough to win a natty with that. Too easy to defend

Yep. Most of our FBS transfer have not amounted to much. They are not transferring to FCS because they were overwhelming at FBS.

After watching JMU vs VMI and Richmond I think they may be over rated. Good RBs but some holes in OL, QB is not super athletic, throws deep pretty well, but will fold when we get some pressure. Defensively they have some holes and are small at LB. We get off to a good start and never look back. 35-13 UND.

Overall this is a much more solid team than 2016 IMO. Obviously been a weird last year, but this team is winning games convincingly and seems to have much more top end talent across the board and much more depth. I was at the USD and NAU games in 2016, and winning games on pick 6 plays is not a long term plan for success. Don't get me wrong, was a great season in 2016 and very memorable but this team is just superior. Can't wait for the game on Sunday. Watched the VMI-JMU game last night. If we play a decent game we will win. Danny needs to take some shots deep early to take some pressure off the defensive box, and we need to be able to stop the run, which I think we can. Definitely noticeable differences between MVFC front 7 and CAA front 7.
