Completely agree. A win over UND will certainly help SU "right the ship". IMO offense has been bad all spring, I think we will all have a better gauge on the NDSU defense after Saturday. Wins were all against struggling offense and defense was not good vs SIU.

FBS transfer downs are transferring for a reason. I think Zeb is proof positive of that.

I agree. Someone explain to me why the Bison are so young? I can only think of one reason. Far too many recruiting misses. Trey Lance, Dillun Radunz they lost. Everyone else could be playing. In September the team will only be 5 months older.

Isn't the idea of a trophy for the winning team, "exclusionary"? Based on our new societal sensitivities, maybe we could just have a trophy for each school....

I agree with your thoughts on the "gamer" aspect, although the sample size is very limited. He also needs to learn to get out of bounds and protect himself. He took several hard hits during his limited plays Saturday including a shot near the goal line on the last drive. If that was anyone besides a DB who hit him, likely would be Zeb for sure this Saturday.

Miller as QB gives the Bison the threat of a QB that can run, but I would guess limits lots of other parts of the playbook. All but one of the drives with Miller went nowhere. Zeb's pocket presence is that of a statue.

I finally had to watch the game delayed so it would be in sync with Jack Michaels and the radio broadcast. The WIU broadcast was painful to listen to. No idea how a "broadcast school" would let that product out.
