On defense we had to make ZEB beat us, especially after Morrison went down. We failed miserably at that.

A couple thoughts Weah needs to be on the field for 2/3 of snaps.(only 13 carries)? After scoring to start 2nd half, Bubba and co needed to make Zeb beat us with constant pressures stacking the box, especially after Morrison went down. Need to use Weah earlier in game with play action and take some deep shots on 1st and 2nd down to compensate for QB lack of arm strength. Much more difficult for receivers to get separation if the dB/lb isn’t worried about getting beat deep. NDSU has now publishes the template to nullify the offense. If Weah is in the game stack the box and play tight man and if he’s not in the game drop more into coverage. Oh and missing xps is inexcusable. How deflating was that? Ridiculous.

That was the biggest stat in the game. We got out coached today. Game plan wasn’t good and didn’t make enough adjustments . Credit to SU staff, they had their team in proper mindset, had a better scheme today and executed it. Hopefully get a second chance this season. The first TD run set the tone and we couldn’t quite get momentum to turn. Great call.

Huge game is an understatement. North Dakota is 2 TDs better. UND takes the lead for good before half and never looks back. Bubba's boy's 27-13.

Interesting take on tomorrow’s game. Zeb will start. All the pressure is on Zeb and the Bison team and coaching staff. A Bison loss in this game creates likely long term changes in FCS landscape.
