Who has improved since last year? It’s like all development stalled. Guys like Costantini, Schmaltz, Caulfield, Frisch, Kleven. Everyone. This team just leaves you wanting more and it isn’t happening. Looks like a bubble team to me unless things change.

Omaha goalie was the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd star tonight. Omaha isn’t good. Not good points to give away.

I have no doubt that MN and Quinnipiac will be two of the top 5 teams heading into the end of the year. MN might be as talented as I’ve ever seen them. Something to put things in perspective. It’s good to get them early. This team still has a lot of room to grow. Had em both on the ropes last Friday and tonight. They’ll learn to close games out.

The Ralph would have exploded if UND scored a goal late in the 3rd and won it in ot against the goofs at home. This series is different than Omaha pal.

Armchair qb and not to pile on but…Judd could have laid out and prevented that tying goal. Made a half ass effort at blocking a shot. I get not taking yourself out of the play by laying down, but that guy was slapping his stick on the ice the minute he hit the blue line. You knew a shot was coming. If you aren’t gonna contribute offensively, at least be tough to play against defensively. We’ve seen him enough to know what he is at this point and he should be one of the guys bouncing in and out of the lineup instead of others. Albrecht brings more to the team honestly.

Great game. Lots to learn from. Either quinnipiac is the greatest shooting team in the country or that won’t happen again this season. Goal number 4 is really the only one you can fault a goaltender for. The rest were quick release snipes. Jake and Alex can stop talking about who the game winning goal scorer is with 11 minutes left in a one goal game. Hopefully we see better d zone coverage from the forwards tomorrow and in the future.

Too much puck watching in their own end. One goal against was on James and another was McLaughlin. There will be growing pains with the youngsters. Gotta have heads on a swivel with how good Q is at sliding guys into open ice.

Zero awareness in their own end. Q players able to find open ice at will. Forwards not picking up anybody sliding into scoring areas.

Wisconsin loses 3-1 to Ohio State. Only one game but a powerhouse program that’s been irrelevant since the WCHA days. Sad to see honestly.

We got a goalie. Freshmen and 5th year guys look really really good. Moore/Johnson already look like they have improved from last year. +22 on faceoffs. Wasn’t that a question mark? Seemed like everything went their way so tough game to gauge. This is the deepest team I can remember as far as who plays vs who sits.

Terrible. So many late blown games due to awful pitching.

I can’t believe the refs let Michigan get away with that delay. I hate everything about Michigan this year. Such a shady program.
