If he confirmed there was a silent commit, that would pretty much confirm Carels, and I doubt he wants that distraction at this point in his season. UND should be able to out recruit itself from where it was a year ago coming off a frozen four trip and the players they have returning.

Matt Davis is currently in the ECHL. Johnny Hicks was committed to Tennessee State and will likely end up in the same league. Insane what they can get these guys to do when it matters most.

I think that’s a perfect example of why the NCHC has been so successful. Not putting the effort in on both sides of the rink isn’t going to be tolerated. He was allowed to do that all year long. That was one example of many of him floating around in the dzone.

Meh. Played the backup, sat guys, and still had grade a chances to win it in ot against a top 4 team in the country. Get out of it without any injuries and get ready to rip next weekend.
