I agree that Trump wasn’t ever going to accept a loss fair or unfair, but I don’t think Trumps warning about fraud should cause us to put the blinders on and ignore the fact that it is happening.

I try to look at this stuff objectively, but Trumps claims of fraud are certainly not baseless. I guess the debate is to what extent the fraud extends. Is it enough to change the election? Dems say no, republicans say yes. Reality...we’ll never know.

What a pathetic look for Arizona IMO. I’d understand backing away if new information came out about the past, but they knew all of this. Nothing that has come out this week is new. They committed to giving Miller a second chance and then backed out when the mob closed in. I would have been perfectly fine with no team taking him in the draft and giving him more time to prove he has changed. I would have also been perfectly fine with UND not giving him a scholarship, what he did was egregious. That’s honestly what should have happened from the start. I sure hope UND doesn’t do the same thing as Arizona. You committed to helping this kid become a better person, and wouldn’t have done so if you didn’t believe it to be possible, so don’t pull back unless some new information comes in, otherwise it’s just a reactionary move to appease the mob.

If there is technology that shows what percentage of the ball crosses the plate, why is it not being used in games? If I remember correctly, Thielbar would have struck the guy out that drove in 2 more runs. Different mindset down 1 as opposed to 3. That’s just one example out of a million.

I think it’s a smart move. They’re playing off the fear of what is becoming reality. Watch what’s happened on tv the last month. What am I supposed to think is going to happen if a mob comes walking down my street with babies in my house? What is the proper way to defend my house and my family? Should we hide inside and wait for them to hurl fireworks to start it on fire and let everything we’ve worked for burn as we scramble out the back? The only thing I would have done different was not point them at people unless I intended to pull the trigger. This could happen to almost anyone living in a city it seems. I agree with this. The only reason Thome isn’t starting is because Scheel had a good 1st part of the season and was pegged as the #1 before the season started. Thome hasn’t had a bad game and has been the better goalie since Christmas.

Maybe it’s the way UND played them all year, but they just don’t feel like a top 6 team. That sweep over BC has carried them. That doesn’t happen if it’s later on in the year. When I look at the pairwise, that’s the first team I would say doesn’t scare me. Maybe overrated is strong, but I don’t see them as a threat.

Denver is so overrated and it’s been that way all year. If St. Cloud gets home ice vs Denver in the 1st round of the playoffs, Denver doesn’t make the faceoff.

I’ve watched that disallowed goal over and over on dvr and not only does it hit Adams in the shoulder, the puck changes direction off the Miami dmans stick. Inexcusable to waive it off. Even though it means nothing, an apology should be issued. At least admit the call was trash.
