This is my hope as well, but I have to wonder if he wasn't physically ready, why did we bring him in? At least, in Miller's case, when he did come in we wasn't strait out of high school.

IF Nash were to come next year, it would imply that someone else is not coming. Bruneteau would be the most likely candidate, but the decision would come down to who was more ready for 2007, Bruneteau or Nash. My biggest question is what is going to happen to Forney? Would he be better off in the USHL for a year? I don't know nor do I have any idea, but I don't think that this season is what we had in mind for our only big name recruit this season. Fortunately it looks like we did find a couple of quality players.

Jason Gregoire to Denver... Edit: I've stated this before and I will again. Denver has the best 2007 class. Nothing wrong with ours at all, but hats of to Gwoz, he has a great class. Gregoire will be 2007 or 2008, I suspect this decision will be a factor of other pending commitments and how he recovers from his injury, which so far has been great.

These players need to be punished. I suggest they both have to stay at UND for their Junior years and don't get to cash in $$$. Tough but fair...

I don't agree with electrical / computer or mechanical. Mechanical should be at both schools since the workforce will require so many new MEs and (CEs) and if the electrical / computer had to be at 1 school is should be at UND because 1) UND is considered to be a superiors EE school, (yes I may be biased, but the 2 large employers I worked for as an EE strongly agreed) 2) The EERC is in Grand Forks, 3) A UND Alumni is the father of modern communications and one of the most famous EEs ever. 4) While I did attend UND, I transfered in and took a hard look at both programs, and UND was light years ahead, NDSU never got serious consideration. However, none of this really matters since both programs will continue in their current forms.

Well, he leads the universe in missed wide open gapping nets... But I agree, the effort is there. There have been some costly turnovers, but his game reminds my a little of Zajac's last year where his presence is felt far more that stats suggest.

What would you think of suspensions for diving based on video tape review (even if the refs missed it)? European soccer is talking about this. I love the idea, it would cut it out immediately. Of course with a stiff penalty like this, it would need to be certain / no doubt, and I'm not sure if any this weekend would fit the bill.
