Ahhhhh, Frazee, What could have been...
-
I think you are misreading that. It is saying his struggles are over, not his success from last year.

I can't resist: "Holy Cross is the only team in the tournament that can't win a game." -Wooger

Seriously, replace him with the Wild marketing department. Love or hate the Wild their marketing is best in class...

In fairness, he never specified who looked like #1...

The Best or Most Influential Players Wearing Each Number

Wow, great tradition... -
You have to admit that it is a curve ball to have Finley out there and all of the sudden you are hit by something you didn't even see.

If you look closely you can see, "Property of Blarney's" on the side.

Minnesota 13-4-3 29 St Cloud St 11-5-4 26 Denver 11-7-2 24 Colorado College 10-7-1 21 North Dakota 9-9-2 20 Wisconsin 8-9-1 17 Michigan Tech 7-10-3 17 MSU-Mankato 6-11-3 15 Alaska Anchorage 7-12-1 15 Minnesota-Duluth 5-13-2 12 Minnesota still controls their destiny and I suspect they will win the WCHA but: I think that Wisconsin doesn't have the team to compete this year. CC has a brutal schedule with WI, UMTC, SCCC, DU, and MSU SCCC has UND, WI, CC, UMTC DU has UMD, Tech, CC, and UND Basically I think that UND will be playing their last 2 series with a change to pas that team. Give how certain teams are set up to knock each other off, UND could still VERY easily end up in 2nd place. The Tech series really hurts, because with those 4 points we could be talking about 1st. Really in the WCHA, the most important thing is that you get 3rd or better, ans that is very possible, just take care of business vs. UMD and MSU. By splitting with DU / SCSU I predict the following scenario: UMN 28 40 SCSU 28 36 Denver 28 33 UND 28 32 CC 28 31 UW 28 29 MTech 28 23 AA 28 21 Mankato 28 18 UMD 28 17 Now if we sweep either of those series we pass who we swept.

Harsh... I think that NHL draws fans pretty well, but the TV ratings suck. I REALLY believe that if Center Ice was all HD, it would bring in a ton of fans.

This story is going to have legs isn't it.

PLEASE, PLEASE, put us with CCHA or Hockey East teams!

I believe all 3 were in the top 10 in scoring.

I was thinking about this and the short answer is probably not this season, the full season numbers just can't justify it. However, if you go back 6 months, we just wanted to see him play again. My guess is that if he continues to play well and improve, he will get serious consideration next year if he can put up numbers over the course of a whole season like he has for the last month. I also think that because the Hobey is an on/off ice award, he certainly has the off the ice credibility to garner serious consideration (although, I guess so did Blake).

I disagree, I don't necessarily think that Zajac was "dominant" last season, but he clearly was ready. I do think that Chorney will be here 1 more year, just because the Oilers have a solid defense and no other place to put him.

After watching Duncan for 1.5 years, anyone else excited to see what Trupp can do. I know that those are some high expectations. I guess the thing to remember is that Watkins, Kozek, and Duncan were all high scorers in the BCHL.

Shouldn't you be at school...

Did he say that on KFAN or FSN? Oh, yeah... Silly Question...

There is only one set of rankings that I trust and that is KRACH. I trust it because computers have no emotions or biases... It says that UND is #6 (reasonable). And that 5 of the top 8 teams in country are WCHA, (again reasonable). 1. Minnesota 233.9570 17-5-3 67.5877 2. St Cloud St 201.1010 17-5-4 74.0899 3. New Hampshire 187.4890 15-4-1 43.2666 4. Notre Dame 135.5710 18-5-2 36.9739 5. Denver 129.3060 18-9-2 64.6531 6. North Dakota 100.0000 15-11-2 75.0000 7. Michigan State 96.1944 16-8-1 49.5547 8. Colorado College 92.3891 14-10-2 67.7520 9. Clarkson 89.4417 15-6-4 39.7519 10. Michigan 89.3474 19-9-0 42.3224
