I would assume that means Mcdavid has two years left on his deal. Everyone knows they'll resign him if he wants, but building a team around those two will be difficult with the amount of cap space they'll take up.

I remember hearing that Kleven's dad was a helicopter dad. I don't recall that being an issue while he was here.

Kepler has been a pleasant surprise this year. I really wanted them to get rid of him this past offseason.

One could argue that some teams are finding themselves on the right side of parity more often then others.

Just referencing the BIG10 takeover. I also don't care if any team in the NCHC ever wins a national championship again. As long as we're winning them I could care less about the rest of the conference.

I would argue that Omaha, Western, and us could of won all three games. The way they all lost is more disappointing then that they lost.

I think that's what sucks so bad. We lost a winnable game. It would be different if they just couldn't hang, but that didn't seem to be the case.

Exactly! I just think we were a better team. Just because you don't outplay someone for two periods doesn't mean you don't have the ability to outplay them.

I don't know if the better team won. The team that played hard after the first period won.
