You've been pretty close on previous attendance projections, and I tip my hat. I'm thinking we break 10,000 for this game, mainly because of the great newer mid-field seating opportunities to the public on the visiting players side.

How many trick plays can one utilize in a game before none work? If enough were executed during a game, would they open up the normal plays? What would a game be like if there were one or two trick plays every drive?

That would be good. Somehow it seems we keep the starter in too long, that we're not into getting experience in for backup quarterbacks.

POTATO BOWL! Hopefully UND lined up a bunch of area schools/coaches to bring their players, band members (participating in parade), & etc. to this game. Should pay back dividends, especially since the joint probably wouldn't be sold out? Also, need some on campus effort to excite the collage student attendance. Get the house close to full, in doing so, it motivates our fan base for this and the rest of the home games. IMO, getting the house to capacity just brings on exponentially enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.

Tough break for us, the announcers sure didn't make much of it and also claimed he was untouched on the interception and fell down with the catch. Football was a deflected while the quarterback threw, then kind of floated to Haas. Goes to show how a season ending injury could happen on any play. Wish Haas a full recovery.

Thinking you're posting about the ISU game? I had the same feeling!

With their edge on speed and strength, this will be a tough match up for us. May be an exciting start, but thinking they wear us down in the second half. IMO what could help keep it close, is it's early in the season and that the Aggies have a new coach and the many players he brought to the team for this season. Minimal penalties on us and turnovers in our favor are a must in this one.
