Some people don't realize how lucky they are that they can even watch the games. I would have given my left *** to be able to watch home games in the early 00's when my favorite player was at UND. I know things improve & planes have jet engines now. I felt lucky that the Omaha Lancers was one of the first teams to broadcast games on the web. You had to be one of the first hundred or so to log on or you were out of luck because of limited band width available. If you lost your dial up connection during the game you were SOL & probably couldn't get back on. I think it's pretty cool to see games from around the country & local commercials. The local advertisers are making it possible to get the games on TV & in between those commercials you get to watch the Sioux.

Not a big BB fan but watched parts of the Sioux-Jayhawk game on ESPNU on Saturday. Didn't see or hear of any protesters during the game against the Sioux name. The KU announcers didn't shy away from using Sioux name during their broadcast. I even think there were real commercials on TV. Saw plenty of Sioux fans in the crowd proudly displaying the Logo. Maybe someone didn't let KU know about the Sioux being hostile & abusive because the game wasn't cancelled.

Don't you think sometimes players don't let on to how much pain they are in just to get back in the line up. Not saying that's the case but it won't be the last time that may happen. Sometimes they may feel good in practice but game situations are a lot different. I doubt the coaches would jeprodize a player just to get them back in the game. Look how long Chay & other guys sat out to heal up properly.

If the delegation acts like some of the posters on this board & lays down like the wussies (sp) that whine like a bunch of babies when some one shows some nads then they will get them handed to them. They need to put up a united front & use all the ammo they can in this meeting. It would be smart to take a SL contingent & keep Kelley in the background during the meeting. Don't blow this chance, it may be the last one to keep the Sioux name.

#1 vs #8 in the West is turning into a great series for us Hawk fans. Was ready to write off the Hawks but they woke up when they saw the golf courses weren't even playable in Chicago. Might as well keep playing hockey for a while longer. To go from 3-0 vs the Canuckleheads to 3-2 in dominating fashion is great to see. Now they're in Luuuuu's head & I can't wait to see the next game. Next game back in Chicago the UC will be rockin. If you can catch the game on TV for opening anthems, it is really something to see Jim Cornelius (sp) belt them out & the crowd literelly bring the house down. Would be a helluva come back if they can beat them for the 3rd. time in a row in the playoffs.

I can't believe that teams that aren't required to play the Fighting Sioux would actually come to the Ralph on their own. Isn't the "Hostile & Abusive" Sioux supposed to have a tough time scheduling teams. The Sioux, the Catholics, the Military & the Spartans all battling it out. Sounds like a great tournament .
