The whole Canadinn operation just seems average. I have never stayed there, but the reviews are typically average or worse. There has been no attempts to update anything since opening and all the dining locations are just meh. I have no idea what type of arrangement they have, but would be nice to see another hospitality vendor takeover the operations.

The cemetery really makes it hard for any "dinky town" type of expansion The cemetery is just in a bad spot in general, but that's a dead issue. Maybe in the future, someone will buy a block of the rental homes just south of the Ralphal and turn it into a mixed use type of development.
