On the positive, the team is doing exactly what they should be tonight. They look great. On the negative side, mediocrity continues to reign supereme with the Athletic Department and their chosen partners. Just a pathetic way to start the season and unfortunately, nothing will change.

The President's Office has been permanently moved to Carnegie. They remodeled the building and completely removed all the additions that were not original.

A move like that would essentially be the end of the program. It's basically at rock botton right now.

Unfortunately, we have had a string of suspect AD's since Terry Wanless was run out of town. The success of the 90's is a distant memory and the leadership over the last two decades has been a big part of the problem.

If you can get Craig Smith right now, then I'm all for it. Make the move. Unless you can hit a home run like that, I don't think you will find the right person in the middle of a season.

My preference would be to wait for the end of the season. I don't want Chaves to decide that the "interim" coach did such a great job that they deserve the permanent position with no search.
