Just seems a bad move to make the catwalk a seating area. The limited amount of additional revenue it will bring is small compared to reduced the gameday experience for the general public.
I was excited for the Chaves hire, he seemed like an energetic A.D. I'm not saying he is terrible as great progress being made in facilities, but the rest of the department seems blah.
