Moving forward it seems like the West regional will usually rotate between Fargo (or Sioux Falls) and St. Paul. It would never happen, but it would be nice if once they selected the west in Fargo, midwest in St.Paul, east in ohio, and ne in boston. Instead of the E and NE always being constantly miles apart.

He quoted you about wrestling overshadowing hockey. And then said hockey doesn't overshadow wrestling.

1. Wrestling 2.Hockey 3. Football

NORTH DAKOTA vs. Northeastern // Mich vs. Notre Dame

At this point, five years would seem like a relatively short amount of time. 16 years is a lifetime...those kids are just about to pick out what college they want to go to. Crazy to think about...soon the freshman at UND wouldn't have been born yet the last time they won a National Championship. Lets hope that never happens. -
"went viral." including the Washington Times: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/mar/23/university-of-north-dakota-professor-vows-to-call-/ She has a book, of course she has a book, and people have been disseminating on that too: http://www.amazon.com/Self-Portrait-Bettie-Page-Heidi-Czerwiec/dp/1494297027/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1458867607&sr=8-1&keywords=Heidi+Czerwiec

Beware the court of public opinion... https://www.facebook.com/thepeoplevheidiczerwiec/?hc_location=ufi You have the right to express your opinion to the community (letter to local newspaper), I guess people have the right to discuss your opinions on the internet....the new hot thing will be no more "opinion shaming." I'm sure it has happened, but one has to wonder when sharing an opinion (especially an unpopular one) would start to affect work performance (people don't want to enroll in your classes) if there's reprimand by the employer....not saying anything about this case, but nothing seems unimaginable anymore. I'm sure its already happened..."Woman let go for being too sexy."

The WCHA and B1G have "nearly" the same paid attendance per session. http://www.uscho.com/2016/03/23/graphic-conference-tournament-attendance-falls-another-7-percent-in-2016/ Big drop off for the B1G (I see where they get the name) from year one to year two. Big jump for the NCHC from year one to year two. The NCHC and B1G started out with the same "average attendance per session." ...could the NCHC Fozen Faceoff grow bigger than Hockey East's tournament? Last year less than 2,000 difference "average attendance per session" and that's with what seems to usually be teams within "walking distance" for schools in HE.

Wrestling overshadows hockey at NDSU too.

And the Gophers haven't recovered since. #thepoweroftheralph.

Seattle: "You're move Portland!" But wait he just lived in Portland not that long ago...all makes sense.

Just checking after some of your comments in the "Administrative" part of SiouxSports.

Iowa doesn't have hockey so no. Minnesota. definitely no. Ohio State sells more hockey tickets than wrestling tickets so no. Penn State...maybe? But they sell more tickets to their hockey games than their arena holds. So the answer would be maybe one. And with it being a new program it wouldn't be surprised if it was currently "overshadowed" but with time I doubt it. 0.

I thought it was the new Sioux logo. This forum is apart of the 'new' media and we follow their every move. So yes it is your fault.
-
Maybe it's the culture of the fans and media. High expectations and a media guy following their every move. Maybe the pressure is too much. There's wasn't nearly as much pressure in the late 90's and 2000 when they last won one...or for the last few Champs.

What B1G schools?
-
No matter what conference UND is in: B1G or NCHC, it will end up in the better conference.
-
You got the Twin Cities media saying look at UND, look at the NCHC at the Target Center....why can't we be like them. That can't be good for the B1G.
-
When the Ralph was built, even way back then, there was talk of a B1G hockey conference. And Ralph (or Blais?) blatantly stated if that time came, his hope was the REA would help UND get into the conference. Now UND arguably has the largest fan base in college hockey with one of the most consistent competitive programs in the country. Not much more UND could do that this point.
-
He said he made the call.
-
You're probably right. I'd hate to lose UNO... Anyones guess at this point.
-
Deano and/or Ralph wanted UND in the B1G.

We'll trade Miami for ASU straight up.

I see nothing. -
You're right. Doesn't look like they want to.
