I believe UND Sports Facilities, Inc, was set up as a not-for-profit entity. Looking online they file a Form 990 (so that makes sense). As such, if they make money (revenues > expenses) they need to donate it to a named charitable organization.

The lad needs a sports psychologist more than new apparel if he believes a logo on a shirt caused him injuries.

I went and read through the information. UND did have the donations ($20 MM) to be able to claim all of the $10 MM allotted to it. DCZ did the work. Nice.

Agree and agree. Can UND "re-assign" some of the Spirit Campaign donations and claim them against this? Heck, I bet some of the Spirit Campaign funds were earmarked for academics. Time for DCZ to get busy ...
