A statement and an observation: If she really is interested in her and her student's safety, has she done anything to get rid of the "no carry" laws of North Dakota when it comes to public buildings (see: campuses). Some call them "gun free zone"; bad people call them "no resistance zones". If she's concerned she'd get training, and after getting the laws changed, would carry legally to protect herself in event of her "immediate fear of great bodily harm or death" as she must've felt as she took cover and called for assistance. If she's "Betty Page", I'm Bradley Cooper.

Making my bold prediction of the day: SCSU and Minnesota win tonight. West becomes SCSU/Minn, DU and BU (shipped west because of 3 eastern in 9-12) Midwest becomes UND/BobbyMo, Mich and Notre Dame The NCAA gets solid attendance at both St. Paul and Cincy.

There were 4283 in The X yesterday if you count tickets, teams, school officials, game officials, league officials, press, camera crew, security staff, concessions staff, arena staff, and that Japanese tour group with the map that wandered into the lobby looking for the Cathedral.

I disagree. Miami would finish above them. And probably Omaha-ha. I don't see enough goaltending or defense to compete in the NCHC.

So these two teams are playing for their seasons ... I guess I don't see it.

If you offered me this year's GFRRHS (undefeated) team and 2.5 goals against either of these teams I'd have a tough time deciding.

For those watching MSU/OSU, what's the worst you see: a) the passing (blindly throwing it into space or inability to receive a pass) b) the defense (or lack thereof) c) the goaltending (no rebound control)

So the "10" in "Big Ten Hockey" is their average post-season attendance. Who knew.
