  1. W&M with a stop and UR punts. 6:24 to play.
  2. Photos or it never happened.
  3. 8:15 to play W&M punts back to UR. UR with a PF on the play. UR starting about their own 23.
  4. 11:52 to play, UR punts back to W&M. Still 27-13
  5. That alone could give the committee pause. What are they saying? Broken bone?
  6. 13:43 left W&M 27 UR 13
  7. End of 3 W&M 20 Richmond 13 W&M has 2 and 8 from UR 18 to start 4th.
  8. Why do I smile at the notion of UND 22 and UND 5 facing a "run defense" like Richmonds?
  9. The run has been there for W&M and their pass blocking right now is pitiful. Run the rock.
  10. Want #5 Sam over #8 Cent Arkansas Want UNI over #10 South Dakota State Would really like to see W&M finish off #7 Richmond.
  11. Richmond may have been hosed on the targeting call but they just got away with a way late hit on the pile on offense.
  12. Richmond is #7 ahead of #9 UND. Go W&M.
  13. The W&M announcers say "the turkey vultures are circling the Richmond sideline". I say ... not so fast. A lot of game left.
  14. W&M go for two ... and ... good W&M 20 Richmond 13
  15. Two holdings on W&M so 3 and 30. Richmond causes fumble and returns for TD ... BUT WAIT ... targeting on Richmond. #29 Richmond DQ'd. 1 and 10 W&M. Still 13-12
  16. W&M picks off the backup Richmond QB. (They said he hasn't completed a pass all season; his first completion is the wrong way. Ouch.)
  17. 11:14 left in 3rd ... Richmond 13 W&M 12 (x pt was blocked )
  18. HP or BCSD?
  19. Richmond 10 W&M 3 13:42 remain in 2nd
  20. I'd say Richmond is going through the W&M defense like a hot knife through butter, but it's more like through cream.
  21. Link in Bracketology thread.
  22. So where do the live updates of the key games go? In this thread? Key games: Richmond and W&M SMSU and Cent Arkansas SDSU and UNI Other?
  23. Just four penalties and no allowed power play goals. That is a big key to last night. There are pairs of forwards that work: 22 and 16 (think to WMU last season); 25 and 27 (JJ's hat with Hoff setting them up); 19 and 17. I know there's a mindset we need a "heavy line" like last season, but it's currently this season. We're scoring challenged; don't make it easy for the other side to focus on shutting down one line. 16-17-19 allows the other team to focus on one line. I'd leave Pogo with Jost and Gersich; he's fast enough to keep up. I'd give Wilkie a shot with Gardner and Boeser to see if that can't get him going; if not, I'm not sure what to do with Wilkie (Yon's probably next up for that slot). That leaves Cole Smith for the Euro Express. A fourth line of some mix of 7-9-10-11-13 rounds it out.
  24. Kennedy is right. UND did lose focus dealing with the nickname. Now all that energy can be refocused on, as Kennedy says, being the premier university in the upper Midwest.
  25. Why isn't this on Watch Big Sky?
