My answer is: 1-0 Miami

Should the unspeakable happen on a Friday, I believe the league allows an exception to allow a team to bring in a third goalie (if they can get wherever in time). If not, we burn Karl Goehring's Covid season. Sorry @Wilburbut he's there already; no flyer miles for you.

Tonight, seven minutes into the game (13 left in first), the score will be ...

The key word in that sentence? "Yet."

I do believe it was a reference to Einstein's definition of it. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/einstein-s-parable-of-quantum-insanity/#:~:text=“Insanity is doing the same, usually attributed to Albert Einstein.

Sometimes being a team player means recognizing the greater need of the team and that may mean stepping out of the way for a greater good. We lose a game this weekend and my line-up card looks very different from what Coach Berry's has been going forward.

I gotta agree with Oxbow: If we're not there already we will soon be at the point where it's start building for next year. Play the youngin's and see who has it and who doesn't when the job is theirs. I'd rather find out now than 10 games into next year.

Yeah, Cooper Moore plays more like a right wing so why not put Hain and Ness out with him ... Oh. Wait. That's not what that is.

I just ran UND winning out 10-0 (entered no other game outcomes) and UND went PWR 10. Go 9-1 (split DU) and it's PWR12. I'd say in all practicality it is "autobid" or bust.

As I've said, I'd have a one-on-one with 29 and explain to him that I will not be upset for taking penalty by knocking someone down and that I'll be more upset if he doesn't when he should've.

Call @MafiaManfor the name of a good seamstress.

They missed "The Jason Ulmer" -- a "Hat Trick*" and a "Wayne Gretzky Hat Trick" in one game. And the hat trick was a PPG, even, and a SHG. http://www.collegehockeystats.net/9900/boxes/mdenndk1.m12 <-- 3-3-6 in a game! Jason Ulmer had Josh Rieger's (2-4-6) or Adrian Hasbargen's (2-4-6) career in an evening. https://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/display_players.php?tmi=8646

NDUS Budget Cuts (changed name to be system-wide)

Want another? Slide 13 - "Proposed Academic Strategic Investments" -> "Pharmacy Technician" A "Pharmacy Technician" degree does not fit within recent changes to the faculty teaching structure according to former faculty. That's before I mention it would be in direct competition with the NDSCS Pharm Tech program. More planning. -

Pointed out to me by several NDSU students I know: Build Sugihara Hall (less than 3 years old) for Chemistry and Biochemistry, Earth, Environmental, and Geospatial Sciences The Department of Earth, Environmental, and Geospatial Sciences is home to NDSU's Geology and Geography programs. Close the Geology, Major; Geology, Minor; Geography, Minor; Environmental Geology, Minor degree programs (slide 10) That's some visionary planning. -

Again, UND uses a different funding model and its fiscal house is in order. NDSU has a roughly $8M budget shortfall using a different funding model and is in the process of program and staff cuts and department and college, from seven to five, consolidations (see previous link). NDSU is literally asking the Legislature for things that should be part of a normal, managed budget (slide 16). They are asking for special funds for annual salary and operations expense increases! Did NDSU not plan and manage the fiscal house? (Hint: that ask is likely more than what you're pointing at at UND.) -
< snark to follow, be warned > I don't like the shade of grey they chose much less the use of the standard (non-block) font, that's too Hawks for me, ... and don't get me started on the logo on the shoulders ... Disclaimer: There is no grey jersey at this time. The preceding was intended to twist the tails of both Wilber and MafiaMan.

Pretty sure his stick was about 1/2" below the crossbar when he got that one.

Yes, UND has a different Athletics funding model. Yes, UND's Athletics and overall financial house is presently in order under that model; by comparison, NDSU's house at this time. -

Don't confuse the State's "general fund" with "general funds" (monies allocated from the state to be used at local discretion) in the university budget. And yes, UND uses its general funds monies to fund Athletics. If you reallocated from NDSU's "general funds" right now to Athletics you'd have even more programs and staff to cut than what's on slides 8-10. Is this where we question why NDSU thinks the ND Legacy Fund should be tapped for their research initiatives (slide 15). And shouldn't salary and operations increases be part of a managed annual budget and not special "legislative request" items (slide 16). -

You're talking doubling NDSU's FB budget to be AAC average. That's $5 million bump at least. And even if they are football-only Title IX impacts still apply. If they add 22 mens grants they add 22 womens grants. It's a big lift.
