Every line needs a guy that even the casual fan can see is the defensively responsible guy on the line. Normally on a getter-setter-shooter setup it's the getter, but is sometimes the setter. (No comment on most shooters.) The preceding comments are generic and stereotypic. Your shooter's defensive prowess may vary.

Yes and no. From scheduling: yes, when thinking round robin and the games limits. From scheduling: no, an odd number leaves one team off each week (especially late season when everyone plays conference).
