Other schools have to protect their (tender? young? immature? mindless? soulless? freedom-less?) student bodies from different words and different ideas, so much so that they'll censor them from campus. Campus, the place where the courts have deemed the 'free-est' of free speech must live. To me this isn't about an adjective and a noun. This is a First Amendment case.

I know of a team that not that long ago had a 2-7-1 stretch and made it as far as an NCAA Regional Final. It can turn that fast, in both directions.

I questioned why Grieco was pulled on Saturday. The second goal on Saturday was not his fault. I now realize he was not pulled because of his play. I believe Anthony was pulled to wake up and shake up the team. UND had a 17-6 shots advantage at one point. After UND went down 2-1 and I looked at the scoreboard I saw Tech with a 19-17 shots advantage. The team had fallen asleep in the second (a-a-a-again) and that was the alarm.

Weren't the suspensions in "Textbook-gate" self-imposed by UAA, and not a result of the NCAA action? These are NCAA mandatory by rule suspensions. Self-imposed allows you to define "when" (and in that case "when" included keeping a full roster available); mandatory by rule, not so much.

Nope.

3 seniors, and one seldom breaks the lineup, and the other two took momentum killing penalties in the 3rd last night. 5 juniors, one missed half a year, another is coming off missing a season, and a third is a transfer (inelgible this year). 12 sophomores. 6 freshmen. That's youth. Youth = Inconsistent. There's problem #1, and I can accept that, for now. The bad penalties from the few leaders we have needs to stop immediately.
