Another arrest made ... the deceased's father-in-law. http://www.inforum.com/event/article/id/258417/

Now everyone say it along with me ... " ... but hockey doesn't matter." http://www.fightingsioux.com/ViewArticle.d...TCLID=204826226

Where would they (the obstructionists) go? They have a pretty good situation and have the rest of the MVFC hamstrung: They don't want to expand, and the expansionists need them to keep the playoff autobid.
-
You didn't state that notion. You just assumed Montata State in.
-
Be serious. NDSU and SDSU were too well funded and too far west in the eyes of some of the Gateway/MVFC. Given that, how would Montana State be viewed? Non-starter.

Massey has it 154 and 34 (FCS). http://www.mratings.com

Funny thing is Mafia, he really was right. It's just that neither of you knew it yet.

We know who has the nickel.

Anything big, heavy, mechanical, with lots of moving parts, and especially electrical stuff out in the elements, will have significant maintenance (relative to overall operational) costs. I was told by faculty at NDSCS that it take two full-time maintenance technicians per ten wind towers.

I'm not arrogant enough to demand control over the agenda of a newly seated sovereign tribal government. The ND SBoHE knows the deadlines; I'm sure the tribal government knows them too. And the deadlines I refer to are the ones from the NCAA agreement. As long as the lines of communication (Goetz to Murphy and back) are open, let the tribe sort this out, in their way, on their terms (understanding that some dates are non-negotiable per the NCAA). The Spirit Lake vote is nearly bullet-proof because that was done by them, on their terms, in their way. Anything less, you give the protesters more ammunition that this was forced upon the tribe.

The new council has been in place less than a month. I'm sure they have open items and to-do lists that include items beyond this.

Why is this coming up at all? Think 54 million homes under the new Fox College Sports deal. Does Fox College Sports want the FCC asking why they're allowing the f-bomb during their broadcasts? If it persists, what happens? Easy: FCS drops UND. Nobody wants that as we want to watch UND hockey from anywhere. So what's the solution? Lose one word, just one word, from the chant vocabulary. Pretty simple.

What disappointed me about the Gopher series? The misplaced focus. Why "<bleep> the Gophers"? Why not "Lets Go Sioux!" The other guys? Non-factor. We play our game, we win. So, ... "Lets Go Sioux!"

OK, since this is the game today ... We were so poor that we were always clean. Only rich kids had dirt.

An option team coming in? I say in honor of Halloween, free popcorn on the sidelines for the visiting team all game long ... extra butter.

I just heard the report of thousands of PC-greenie-(weenies) heads explode.

The dates that matter are in the legal agreement between the State and the NCAA. Dates before those are milestones to keep the process moving forward (as long as the effort is warranted).

It's called a medical hardship waiver and it can give a sixth year if granted.

But the lure of "Touchdown Jesus" ... many are called, few are chosen.

Sometimes they're good (Wagner); other times, you get one with a surprise and it makes you sick.

Joe finally ran up bills that the NDSU-F just couldn't (or wouldn't) keep up with. So, the NDSU-F starting giving the information to anyone who asked and let the rest take care of itself. Starting with a house plan that was over and then adding to it, and then going on a $22k weekend trip, the NDSU-F had to know what would be the result when that all came into the public spotlight.

Those were the rules NDSU created the minute they started their transition. They've been shoved up UND's nose ever since ("DII doesn't matter"). Now that NDSU's playoff eligible in DI, now it counts. So, how's she going?
-
All that matters is DI and being playoff eligible. That's all UND fans heard up to this point. Don't be changing the rules. NDSU DI FCS playoff eligible record ... 2008: 6-5 2009: 1-7 Total: 7-12 UND DI FCS playoff eligible record ... 2012: TBD
