Straight up raw numbers comparisons would be wrong as we know there is a base difference there. Scaled comparisons (post season to regular season average) would be the better way to look at the question, "Are X's fans coming out for post-season games in comparison to their regular season games."

I look at that bracket, and honestly, they could go down to 8 teams this year ... I see Montana State surprising SHSU and then a rematch with the Griz (who slip past UNI because of the outdoor elements). I see Georgia Southern and App State in an epic game with the winner facing NDSU (who dispatched Towson).

When the uniforms are so "trendy" that you can't tell who is playing some sort of limit has probably been reached. I will say this: I like the "flat" (no gloss) black helmet that Rutgers rolled out. I think OkSU has one like that also.

Scheduling for 10 months from now is not a easy thing. UND has games set for 2018. Yes, half a decade plus away. Most teams have their 2012 schedules set already. And, folks, it takes two parties to schedule a game. Lots of things go into it: travel, money, open dates, reasonable matchups, money, both sides being willing to play the opponent {cough-moniker-cough}, money, post-season ramifications, money, ...

{reposted from another thread} Please don't try to second-guess the pros (like Poolman). I'm sure they were trying to rehab the problem and it just isn't working. Show a little faith and trust people ... it is Rocco after all, and I'm sure he does.

So others have to step up. What's new?

Not try. Did. I heard it from Mussman and Sean Johnson.

So what are the trickle-down impacts of this going to be?

And this is the lawyer Sandusky chooses? http://www.thedaily.com/page/2011/11/14/111511-news-sandusky-lawyer-teen-web/

Don't use the Great Seal, use the UND school seal (which is based on but is not the Great Seal). I'm thinking using "Red Tomahawk" (the guy on the NDHP doors) on the jerseys wouldn't pass muster with the NCAA.

I heard the NBC "Rock Center" interview with Costas last night. Just when you thought Sandusky couldn't get any creepier ... I'm not sure who I felt more sorry for: Costas for having to ask such questions, or the guy's attorney having to sit there and listen to the interview and then defend Sandusky. Wait ... I never feel sorry for lawyers. (Sorry Scott. )

I wonder if we could integrate the official seal of UND onto a shoulder patch the way "Hah-vid" does on their jerseys. Observant ones will know why I'm smirking. PS - It's based on this: http://www.nd.gov/co...id=Great%20Seal

Here's what bothers me: Do what you will in the privacy of your own home. But by doing this in a common spaces facility like a frat house you're putting your neighbors ("brothers") at risk (exposure or legal) when they may not choose to engage in the behavior. A lot of jobs require a pee-test: Can you imagine throwing a positive because your neighbor lit up and exposed you?

Masterfully played wordsmanship. Bravo.

But Gophers and Badgers both fall under the broad headings of "vermin" and "varmints".

{puts on moderator hat} I'm tired of seeing copy/paste of posts from other forums. It stops. Now. Why? http://forum.siouxsp...tion=boardrules No copyright violations. Do not reproduce entire articles, forum posts, or other content you do not own. {takes off moderaor hat} Repeating lunacy makes you a lunatic as well.

I figured he'd use a court appointed attorney because his history says he only does the minimum necessary when it comes to legalities.
