One thing that has always bugged me was the huge subsidy the government spends on flights in and out of Jamestown and still most people drive to Fargo or Bismarck anyway to catch a flight. I really wonder how empty those planes are every day?

This just gives the FBS teams and especially the better FBS teams another reason when it comes to poaching lower division players. The FCS teams will spend two years developing the player and then he'll bolt and have three years at an FBS school.

I'm reserving judgment, overall I always like Danny and we know he's a Hawk through and through, but I also keep thinking "inbred". I hope he proves me wrong.

If he officially declared for the portal no way should he be allowed back. We'll have more guys declaring and then when they don't get the offers they wanted they'll want back in. Nope. Be aware of what happens when you opt for the portal, it's the River Of No Return.

That's for sure. None of the NDSU QB's have ever been worth it. They have some good players in the NFL but none of them play quarterback.

As I said a couple weeks ago, I'll believe it when I see it. I think it's just podcasters who know they get clicks if they push the rumor and it's Bison guys trying to look important after getting beat in a playoff game they expected to win by 30. It will be a long offseason for them just thinking about the loss.

I'm still overjoyed over the Bison pulling what has to be the biggest choke job ever in FCS playoffs. I hope the knife burns hot whenever they watch the rest of the playoffs. Let's see how cocky they are after this.
