 Get out and buy a lottery ticket, my friend!

I wouldn't waste too much money on those lottery tickets. After all, the cup coming here was almost for certain. I like the odds of that MUCH better than the lottery. ;)

Like I said when I started this thread quite weeks ago: Commy will likely be bringing the cup to GF.

My friends in Fargo (huge Sioux fans) just sent me a picture of themselves with the stanley cup they took at Cullen's charity event on Friday (7/21). Commodore was there, and told them he would be in GF on August 22nd, at the Ralph. She said Commodore stole the show, and answered lots of questions!

the cup was in bemidji this last wednesday. my little bro was up there and got to take pics and check it out. it was at the country club. marshall johnson a scout for carolina and former nhl gm had it there for the day

Only one logical place for Commie to show off the Cup in the Forks. The Italian Moon. Best Sioux gathering place in town.

When Commie and the cup make it to Grand Forks odds are it will make a stop at Judy's Tavern.

Has anyone heard if Commie still plans on bringing the cup to GF?

Yes, August 22nd for sure. It may only be here half the day, but it will be at the Ralph for sure for the public to see.

do we know when on that day since it is the first day of classes and it is never a good sign to skip the first day.

Yeah, chick Flyers fans called him "Rod the Bod." Eric Lindros is not the only one to have a Rink Bunny Posse.

Male Flyers fans called him "Hands of Stone." Or, cement....whichever.

Ummm...this chick Flyerfan never called him Rod the Bod. *barf*

Hands of Stone was fitting except in the faceoff circle. Lindros and Brindy were among the best in the NHL.

Thanks for being a good influence. i might have to just to see Commie. Plus I could probably get out of work if I work since my boss is a huge hockey fan too.

If you happen to be one of my employees...I'm the one going to see the cup.
