What is the IIHF rule?  Because if it was just being in the crease, it should have only taken two seconds.  Did Miller cause the goalie to go the opposite way where the puck was going?  No, he pushed the opposite way to where the puck was going himself.

Can't be in the crease if the puck is not there is one of them and any contact with the goalie to hinder the goalie to make a save.

If that was the case, it should have taken two seconds. As for the second part, the goalie took himself out of the play, pushing to the right side of the net.
