Little tip of advice, I’d probably delete this account before Sather finds out about it and you get in trouble. I know you and ND1 both don’t want that to happen….. Carry on. Quote

You're upset about me, Hoopston, and McBuckets stating facts about this game. They're not opinions, they are facts. Have your opinion that Kraft is comparable to Treysen Eaglestaff. Its wild but you do you 3 Quote

Even Omaha seemed to really have a good culture building. The brand of basketball that St Thomas plays is beautiful. Everyone is bought in. Everyone plays hard. Everyone competes on both ends of the floor. I wish they were tournament eligible this year. 2 3 Quote

Even Eaglestaff, he’s good but way better not having to be the guy, imo. 1 Quote

HockeyHawk Posted Saturday at 11:11 PM Posted Saturday at 11:11 PM The atmosphere at The Berry was almost non existent again today. Hard to make some noise when there isn’t a lot to cheer for. Quote

Better than the last time we played St Thomas at home though, believe it was like 20-1 to start the game or something ridiculous like that. 1 Quote

Popular Post Hans8891 Posted Sunday at 01:07 AM Popular Post Posted Sunday at 01:07 AM Kraft had way too many matador defensive series today but to isolate him from the rest of that defensive effort is patently unfair. We don’t know how to play good team defense. We don’t talk. We don’t rotate. We don’t know what to do on picks. We end up with Reggie on their big guy down low and don’t know how to correct that. 2 passes and we have someone left wide open for 3. When everyone shoots lights out against us, maybe we need to do something different. Teaching and getting buy in on team defense should not be this difficult. 5 Quote
Popular Post Hans8891 Posted Sunday at 01:14 AM Popular Post Posted Sunday at 01:14 AM The other problem is that conference teams know our nonexistent half court offense. They put a fast little guy on Trey to take away his crossover and double him. We don’t adjust and he has 4 points on free throws for the half. Meanwhile all but one of our players have a 4 to 6 inch advantage across the board and we opt to shoot 3’s at a 20 percent clip. Finally with 6 minutes left in the game we make the adjustment to go inside and score - which we did - just 90 percent of the way through the game before we recognized the glaring mismatches that should have been easy to see. Credit St. Thomas. They play aggressively, overplaying everything. The way to beat that is fakes, back doors, and rotation - none of which we do. I still think there is some talent there but Paul really needs to make some changes to his schemes… 5 Quote
