Agreed, this team has the potential to make the finals ... heck they could even win it. They also have the capability to be #1 or #2 next year. However, in no way is our potential ranking next year dependent on how we finish in the Big Sky Tourney this year. We could win out and make the NCAA tourney, then have a bad year next year OR we could lose out in the first round of the Big Sky Tourney this year and then come back strong to dominate next season. Big thanks to football team for that. Also don't remember if this was posted, but Hooker received the mid-major national player of the week along with Big Sky player of the week.
