...all around solid 2-way forward that you can depend on not to screw up with the puck, kill penalties and shut down the opponents top line. Not to mention score key goals against top goalies in the NCAA's. A key player on any team.

Panzer was very special but I had to vote for Roche. He was the best offensive D-Man that I have ever seen at UND. I still talk about him and what it would have been like to see him stay more than 2 years.

loved watching the Panzer play; kid was phenomenal and always played pretty well against the Goofers...also, Bayda was a beast out there, wish he could have stuck around longer...

After watching last night, my wish would be for someone that can turn on the switch, put the team on his back, and decide that they are going to win the game for the Sioux. Of those on the list, Jeff Panzer has to be the closest there is to that person, with Bayda as second choice.

Vandy was close last night. Really the only one big enough and strong enough on the puck to play the way the game was being played/called. For men only. Zajac was also more present than usual.
